Hello all!

I'm Ruben, Founder of Boei! Excited to be featured on Dealify.

I have created Boei because none of my friends liked to use live chat:
- Sometimes you don't get a reply
- You have to keep the tab with the chat open
- Sometimes you get a reply but you forgot to open the tab and the agent is already gone again

    There is no “Boei Unlimited Plan” on their website and the “See all included features and options” links just to nothing.
    Please explain all included features and options and all possibilities to stack.

    • Hi Reiner,

      You can receive messages from any channel, and reply directly from the platform. So if someone contacted you through Instagram, you will get in in your Instagram mailbox. If someone contacted you through Whatsapp, you can reply from Whatsapp directly, etc.

    1. Is there some way for agencies to get a report of leads generated per client?
    2. With Agency plan, I guess only the agency can access the admin area for each client. Or is it possible to give clients access for only their account?

HOWEVER what if one wants both options, so live chat aaaaaand the options offered by BOEI, what would be a good solution? Will there be an integrated livechat functionality coming up from BOEI ? Or do you have to use something like tawk (and how would it look ?). Thanks.

    • Boei can work with multiple Live chat systems already 🙂 For example Crisp, Intercom, Tawk.to and several more. The live chat will be hidden but when a customer clicks the chat option, Boei will open the chat system. See an example on my website, which is using Crisp chat.
      There are no plans to build a Live chat solution myself.
