Internxt has been more than a disappointment, full of issues and irony. The first issue I encountered was an issue logging in. They were unable to fix it, causing me to have to delete my account along with all my files uploaded into it (absurd, I know). Then, my account was downgraded to 2 GB within a week. Support ignored my emails and live chat messages, requesting for the issue to be resolved. Mind you, they read them but chose not to reply. Thankfully, Dealify Support had my back and issued a refund (Kudos to Dealify).
Additionally, the company is full of empty promises. Internxt Drive itself is slow, constantly crashes, provides errors, and no file previews (a really basic feature) are available. Plastering the same line everywhere, about their product being young seems more like an excuse than an explanation to me. (“We’re a young product that’s competing with companies that have had years to polish their UX. Certainly, it is a challenge to be at the same level of UX as other competitors but we’re doing our best!”) They teased a new Drive interface a few weeks ago, saying it would go live in a few days, but it still has not. On February 28, they also announced that Internxt Photos was going to go live (https://prnt.sc/1ivfh4w), but it has not (https://prnt.sc/1ivge2w). Looking through their code on Github, Internxt Photos has not even been updated since April 6 (https://prnt.sc/1ivfvx9).
They were also bribing people to provide positive reviews and providing storage based on the “quality” of their review, but that’s something for another day (https://prnt.sc/1ivgtmw). (Oddly, Internxt has been recently removed from the aforementioned platform.) Every time I go onto their website, a popup tells me about a limited time lifetime deal that will go away soon, but they have been offering it since 2019. I also find it unprofessional that I was sent several marketing emails advertising for me to switch to get a lifetime deal when I already had it. What’s more, they sent me a marketing document that was uploaded to Google Drive (https://prnt.sc/1ivi5fo). Their pinned tweet on Twitter tells people not to use Google drive (https://prnt.sc/1ivih4o)! How can I possibly come to trust a company with my data that does not even trust their own product with their own files?

What is the warranty and guarantee that this server won’t disappear? As storing 1TB of data is huge and suddenly if you disappear will be a massive drawback for us?

Is there an upload limit? I’m syncing my folder and it’s going extremely slow first of all (but that’s probably due to the bad wifi I’m connected to) and I’ve gotten multiple errors already of heavier files that weren’t uploaded.

When did you grade upload speed? I bought and refunded AppSumo deal because it was SO slow. It was so slow it was unusable.
