What software do I need to run IsoZign (IsoCreator)?
IsoCreator is an Adobe Air app so you need to install that. It is a free download and is usually already installed on your computer.
Does IsoCreator work on Mac and Windows?
Yes, it works on both PC and Mac. However, as it is a 32-bit app it does not work on the new Apple Catalina OS, like 1000’s of other apps, until Adobe releases a 64 bit version of Adobe Air.
Can I export my files as .AI or .SVG file?
You can currently only export files as high quality .PNG files.
Can I upload external assets and images?
You can not upload your own or any external assets and backgrounds right now. There are however more than enough elements, assets and backgrounds in IsoCreator to create beautiful and unique Isometrics designs. You can create and save your own designs / templates within the app.
Will I get access to future updates?
Yes, you will get access to all future updates, templates and integrations.

Will we be able to upload our own assets in future updates? Great tool but if we cant get a simple icon like google mybusiness uploaded, it shoots a lot of local designs we plan to create out of the water.

1. Adobe Air is stopped being supported by Adobe at the end of 2020, however the team is building IsoCreator in HTML5, so you will receive updates on this included in the deal 🙂
