Hello. I read that we cannot stack codes to get a higher plan (example Large 👉 Agency), but is it possible to add a Medium Code to a Large Plan?
Also, regarding the Agency plan, how much storage and podcast shows/RSS does the plan include?

Thanks for your question. Other than the 3 LTD plans listed it is not possible to stack deals. The agency plan includes unlimited storage and unlimited podcast shows and RSS feeds.

3. When you stack more codes, the things that get multiplied by the amount of codes you get is the Word limit per month and the Storage.

This is useless. I bought it yesterday. If I convert simple text without any additional attributes, it somehow converts it. If I add any additional attributes it keeps failing and failing with error message. After converting the audio I couldn’t download it ever. I saved it as a podcast and then tried to enable it. Since yesterday, I’m unable to publish (enable the toggle) on the podcast. What a creepy service!! On top of that, I have been searching for support contact information which I couldn’t get anywhere. Just a couple of useless help topics. No support contact information anywhere. Is this a joke??? I’m returning this deal if these issues are not resolved as soon as possible and things don’t get smooth.

Hello Ananay, just to check, had the limit for neural Voices been interested to 1000 by now? See earlier question above. And I understand correctly the limit is for 1000 word per track/article. So the 69$ plan allows to create 45.000 neural voice words per month. Right?

Sadly not yet, Its one great feature that is missing. I also would like to see this feature added as I edit a lot of videos too. The only other way to do this is a bit long-winded but it works and that is to create a transcript, next create your voice-over and add to video then run the mp4 file through vidtags or amberscript and create your subtitles

1. You can convert unlimited times, meaning you can convert a text to any voice as many times as you want.
2. Roll-over of credits means you can take unused credits of the past month on top of your new credits of this month. For example: If you get 100,000 credits in March, but you just used 50,000, your credits in April will be 150,000.

What does ‘unlimited conversions’ mean? There is not unlimited if it is restricted by word count, so I am confused.
Thanks for your question. Unlimited conversions means that there is no limit in the number of times you can convert texts. There is a limit in word count per month, although unused word count credits roll over to the next month as well.
