ProductLift

World’s most flexible prioritization, roadmap, and changelog tool. Upvote features, define a roadmap, and present product updates. Let’s lift your product!

Prioritizing what to develop next inside your product is hard.

Not only that, but it’s even harder to keep track of all the features and improvements you’ve already worked on.

ProductLift is a new tool for product & marketing teams that solves these problems by letting you prioritize your roadmap in real-time with live user feedback, create changelogs, sharing your roadmap, and see an overview of everything that has been developed so far.

With the easy-to-use and ultra-flexible prioritization software tool, you’ll spend less time managing tasks and feedback, and more time focusing on building great products!

TL;DR

Collect feedback in the product feature voting board & roadmap in an ultra-flexible tool.
Announce product updates with a changelog & automatically notify people when you release a feature.
Prioritize features with confidence with a clear prioritization board that ties to your outcomes and objectives.
Alternative to Airfocus, Upvoty, Canny, Productboard & Hellonext.

Unify feedback from forums, social media, email, and more

The better you know your customers, the more you can make your customers happy.

Collect customer input on your product. Let customers request new features or add them yourself. Receive votes on each feature and add comments. Learn from your users.

Prioritize features with data-backed insights

Replace subjective guesswork with data-backed customer feedback. Use ProductLift to learn which product features are important within minutes.

Understand what you and your customers need, engage them in the development lifecycle, focus on their needs first – then build next!

Set up your own flexible prioritization criteria and see what to build next inside the prioritization graph.

Have feature-focused conversations

Dig into your customer’s needs and brainstorm solutions with them. You’ll build a stronger connection, which will lead to better feedback, and eventually a better product.

Figure out the why behind feature requests so you can spend more time on creative problem solving rather than just implementing what customers tell you they want or need!

Add internal comments only visible to your team members to discuss internally what you think of the feedback.

Develop and communicate your product roadmap

Get everyone on the same page with your product roadmap. Categorize approved features into a well-planned, organized list.

Get your roadmap set up, organized, prioritized, and grouped. When ready, publish it online and invite customers to follow the features they like.

Communicate product improvements

Automatically email updates for new features that customers love. Keep interested users informed.

Keep and share a changelog of new developments.

I can hear you thinking. How it’s possible? Why would software platforms do that in the first place?

There are several reasons why; one of them being an effortless way to quickly expand their user base and build with feedback and insights from users. Another reason for this approach is to spread awareness for the software platform, which will help platforms grow into a booming business in no time! There are other reasons as well – these just happen to be some common ones.

Founder’s Note

Hi all👋,

This is Ruben from ProductLift.

Making product decisions is one of the most essential aspects of running a business.

Every 1 out of 5 products fails to understand and satisfy the customer's needs. Time is wasted developing the wrong features.

We designed ProductLift specifically to prevent such waste.

We're here if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Cheers,

They have a page for LTD deals.

    Here is the link

  • Jornes says:

    Hi!
I noticed that this deal is offering even cheaper on their official site.

  • Caio says:

Jimo is a competitor that offers 5 projects on the starting offer. How do you compare with them?

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Caio,

Thanks for your question. ProductLift shines is flexibility and customization options. That is the main differentiator from ProductLift compared to the competition. Hope that helps 🙂

  • Shubh Jain says:

Looks interesting! I wanted to know how your product compared to LabiDesk?

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Shubh,

Thanks for your question! LabiDesk is focused on customer support and ticketing, while Productlift is more focused on feature development, creating and sharing product roadmaps, getting feedback on what to build next on your product etc. And you can prioritize what to build next in ProductLift as well.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • Tony Ventura says:

Is it possible to vote and comment without login? I need a random user to vote and comment. Don’t need to login

    Is it possible?

    • Ruben says:

      Hi Tony,

This is Ruben from ProductLift. Thanks for your question!
Adding new ideas can be done without an account.
Voting and commenting is not supported without an account.
My belief is that people vote to stay in touch. They want to know when something is ready or being picked up.
Without an account that is not possible.
Also from your perspective, it probably is useful to understand who voted for a request instead of hoping that someone didn’t scam the system 🙂
Comments tend to create a lot of spam and unnecessary moderating when not using accounts. But this all is nicely handled by ProductLift. I think people would not mind creating an account. Feel free to try for yourself:

      • Michal says:

People always don’t want to bother and create new accounts… Maybe you could allow logging through a link with a special token sent from our systems? So that we know who it is but they do not need to create the account. I think making them create new accounts is a big blocker.

  • Roger says:

    What does 1 brand mean?

    • Ruben says:

      Hi Roger,

This is Ruben from ProductLift. Thanks for your question!
It means 1 product, or 1 app, or 1 website, or something else you like.
For example, if Dealify would create a portal to vote for new deals, then this would be 1 brand.
If they also want to host feature requests in the same portal that is no problem.
Now, if they want to start a new brand (e.g. Dealify2), then they need to create a new portal because it would not make sense to combine.
Basically you get 1 portal where you can setup everything you want.

  • Kumar says:

Please increase the limit at $49 plan to 10,000 engage user.

    • Ruben says:

      Hi Kumar,

This is Ruben from ProductLift. Thanks for your question!
ProductLift normally costs 29 USD per month for 5000 users so this already is an amazing discount if I say so myself 🙂
If you need more users, then please go for the middle plan. You will be more future proof as well.

  • Michal Borychowski says:

Is it possible to import the changelog from a markdown file?

    • Ruben says:

      Hi Michal,

This is Ruben from ProductLift. Thanks for your question!
With a manual step in between you can! You can import ideas from a file and immediately put them on status changelog. You can import ideas from Excel or CSV file.
      This is the Excel: https://feedback.productlift.dev/ideas_template.xlsx
So when you put the changelog into a Excel manually, you can input them very easily.
      Hope this helps.

  • Jason says:

I’m looking to use this as an internal tool vs. customer-facing. Can you product exist as a private site vs. public?
(I know you can leave comments private, but the entire platform, I don’t want customers to see roadmap. (we are using it to keep track of internal items and NOT customer roadmap items)

    • Ruben says:

      Hi Jason,

This is Ruben from ProductLift. Thanks for your question!
Yes, it is possible to make the full portal private. You can enable this on Customize -> Security -> Make private.
When your portal is private, people have to login before they can see any content.
If you want, you can even add user acceptance on the same page. This way an admin needs to approve new users before they can enter.
Lastly, you can automate the user acceptance to directly allow users from your company’s domain name.
      Hope this answers your question.
