Hello after purchasing Realaythat from you I find that the background remover is not available to me in my purchase. IT is apparantly only available to Pro monthly users even though it states quite clearly in the offer that “Lifetime access to RelayThat Pro Plan. This is misleading! What other features am I going to find that are not included? Not very happy!
This looks like a relayy awesome product but it has one thing that has stopped me from buying for now and I really think you should consider it
1. it goes from 1 code to code to 5 codes (unless I am missing something?)

How does it compare to recent AppSumo listed Crello? I see that Crello has a far bigger library of templates and assets to choose from. 1. Users can upload SVG files however it will not upload the file on per layer basis but will upload the file as the finalized image.
2. There are templates to use to make an infographic. It is important to note, though, that the platform is not intended to design content-rich infographics like the one you sent over, as they do not carry over well from one design to another. To us, Infographics are very heavy on information and data that is presented in a dense design format. RelayThat does not focus on this use case but rather excels as smaller amounts of on-brand content.
3. I’m afraid users not able to create a design from a blank template. While the team realizes this is limiting, these restrictions are what allows the app to do it’s remixing magic and quickly make dozens of designs in different formats for all of your social media platforms!

But it does not allow me to incorporate new images or additional texts to those that are predefined on the canvas.

Thanks for your question. One workspace allows for unlimited projects. However the default branding/style will be in the style/brand selected in the workspace. You can add as much texts, etc. to each workspace.
The multiple workspaces are great when you are managing multiple brands, as an agency for example.
Workspaces can always be edited and changed with other logos, colors and texts.

I’m trying to understand workspaces to determine which license to get. if the workspace for a brand, can you save unlimited projects under that brand workspace? like if I sell 5 different products, do I create art under the one brand workspace, or do I use 5 workspaces for 5 products? I’m looking at the video and the FAQ on your site and it looks like the text for the ads is tied to brand workspace, not a project.
Is there the ability to apply tighter tracking to the text? one of the brands I work with has tight tracking as part of the brand identity, usually like -50 tracking in photoshop.
How are teams used? If I get the 2nd deal with 3 users and 2 teams—what exactly is the team function?
Thanks for your question. You can save unlimited projects under 1 workspace. The workspace is connected to a brand. If you sell 5 different products for 1 brand, you just need 1 workspace. Yes it is possible to tighter track the texts/fonts. The teams can be used to give specific permissions, for example, team X only gets access to workspace 1 and 4, and team Y to workspace 3, etc. Hope that helps 🙂
