      -> you can connect 1 email account per user account

      -> You can connect only outlook business email accounts, doesn’t work for personal outlook accounts – Engage connects with all Microsoft office 365 email accounts

      What email integration do you have on your roadmap?
      -> We don’t have any plans to integrate with other email providers as of now.

    Awesome software, but super sketchy and disappointing that the dialer is highlighted in the product listing but isn’t included. I understand the minutes have to be charged per minute b/c of twilio, but please consider including the dialer, especially for stacking.

    However I have big concerns about integrations & upcoming integrations, that’s what stopping me from investing/stacking big right now on this deal.

    1/- Any plan to add webhooks ? will it be included in the starter plan? or upsell?
    2/- Any plan to add any Pabbly? or zapier similar intergrations? will it be included in the starter plan?
    3/- is GetGist (an indian company too) in your radar for CRMs to add? will it be included in the starter plan?
    4/- where can we find the current roadmap?

      Hey Alex,

      We allow only connection to Google accounts through Oauth. We stopped connection through IMAP as Google deprecated connection to google accounts through direct smtp connect and will stop supporting from July this year.

      If will be able to connect and google account (both business and personal email accounts) with Engage. Hope this clarifies

      The dialer is powered on backend by twilio and we have built a wrapper around it – so you don’t need any voip connection to connect with the account.

      You can just starting using the platform right away.

      Call recording and more advanced call analytics are planned in Q2.
      FYI, dialer is not the LTD deal you have to subscribe to one of our Growth monthly paid plan to use the dialer

You can however purchase multiple codes to increase the number of users/email accounts you want and connect it in 1 team account.     Also just bought a code to check functionality and the “Task scheduling” you mentioned is limited to the categorization of manual emails and manual linkedin….Anyway to get a “generic” task option in there so we can add calls or texts to sequences and run them the way we would like?

    Again, this isn’t as valuable with linkedin and email options only. With another option or 2 this would be a no brainer.

      2. Yes you can use Gmail, it actually is recommended and Adapt Engage is fully integrated with Gmail.
      3. Zapier is not yet available.

      5. Yes that is possible.
      6. Yes that is possible too.

          You can automate the email follow-ups directly in Adapt Engage, and you can add tasks to follow-up on Linkedin, however you need to follow-up yourself/manually in LinkedIn. But the tasks is added to your playbook, so you can schedule that.
