    I’ve e-mailed Subscribers support about this twice now, but no response. I purchased 2 Silver Plan licenses a while ago. The pricing and offer details were different at the time.

    After activating and checking the account, I noticed custom CSS wasn’t available, which I reported. I promptly received a reply that this would be fixed, and I was indeed notified when it was. However, with this fix, I also suddenly lost access to the Bell & Sticky Bar opt-in prompts. Before the fix to custom CSS, these options were available to me and there was no mention and no such distinction in the deals at the time.

    I have screenshots of the deals and pages that show this, but I’m getting no reply to my last 2 e-mails from Subscribers support. I’m hoping it was just a mistake, because I can’t imagine them offering specific deal terms and functionalities only to take them away when they decide to change the deal terms.
