$49 one-time $540/year

NeverSpam automatically interacts with your email account to raise your sender reputation. Meaning your sales and marketing emails reach the priority inbox, not the spam or promotions folder.

Email marketing and cold emailing are effective, but the open rates are low. Landing in the spam or promotions folder is a rule rather than an exception.

A lot of people mark your emails as spam because they don’t recognize you or your brand from past interactions. This makes it hard to maintain a good sender reputation and get into their inboxes.

NeverSpam helps you to deliver your emails in the priority folder by raising your sender reputation so that more people see the messages you send! This means higher open rates, and higher click-through-rates, resulting in more sales.

TL;DR

NeverSpam automatically interacts with your email messages to raise your sender reputation to help you get to the priority inbox.
Monitor what percentage of your sales emails are landing in the spam/promotions folder, instead of the primary inbox.

Founder’s Note

Hi all!

Ruari here, I'm the Co-Founder of NeverSpam. My awesome co-founders and I made a lead generation platform called Allegrow back in 2018, but, we quickly realised cold emails landing in the spam folder was the main problem our customers had before working with us- so after a lot of trialling on our existing users we created a solution which solves this problem - meet NeverSpam.

After all, whether you're pitching Fortune 500 companies or Start-ups if your emails are landing in a decision-makers spam or promotions folder - there's a 100% chance you're not getting a reply. This means all the time and money you have spent getting your data together, copywriting and creating an automated follow-up cadence is WASTED 🚨

Have you noticed your lead generation rates steadily decreasing or plateauing over time and customers/prospects have mentioned they found your emails in spam - This is a telltale sign your sender reputation is in serious need of some love from us 💖

Our goal is to make sure your sales emails Never Land in Spam - Period.

Looking forward to hearing your feedback!

    Hi,
If I buy the starter plan, can I upgrade to the premium plan later? And how much do I have to pay if I upgrade to the premium plan?

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Nuri,

The NeverSpam deal is ending in a day, so you can’t upgrade after anymore. I would recommend to select the premium plan and if you don’t like it you can refund it anytime within 30 days after buying.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • Sid Jaruda says:

Can this work with domain emails?
    Thanks

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Sid,

Thanks for your question. Yes it works with domain emails, it actually is built mainly for custom domain emails. Hope that helps 🙂

  • Bernie says:

Hi Tom got a quick question. While Neverspam does the warm up process do I have to interact with those 30 to 50 daily emails manually and individually or I am not required to do anything at all?

    thanks
    Bernie

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Bernie,

Thanks for your question. No interraction from your side is required, everything is fully automated. Hope that helps 🙂

  • Pradeep Kumar Gupta says:

    Hi,
In the premium plans, you have the following as part of the premium offering
    1. Automatically raise your sender reputation and get to the priority inbox.
    2. Automatically simulates genuine human conversations to raise the score.
Sorry, I am new to this, can you please explain what exactly this feature does and how it works.
    Thanks

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Pradeep,

Thanks for your questions. Happy to help!

What NeverSpam does it automatically send emails from your email account to a few of their connected mailboxes, in these mailboxes your emails will be marked automatically as: Priority. This gives a signal to Outlook, Gmail, etc. that your email and sender address is reputable and good, this will mean you will be ‘whitelisted’ there and for all other emails sent you will land in people’s priority email box sooner.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • LDB says:

    Hi Tom,

I read all the Q&As, but I am still not 100% sure on the following.
I can only ever warm up 5 x email accounts in total, is that correct?

Or is it 5 x email accounts at any one time?

    Thank you

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi LDB,

Thanks for your question. Yes you can connect 5 email accounts in total to your NeverSpam account, however you can always change email accounts connected to NeverSpam if you want to change the connected email account(s). Hope that helps 🙂

      • LDB says:

Hi Tom, Thanks for your response, But I am still unclear.

So can I only ever connect 5 email accounts (in total)?

Or can I only connect 5 email account (at any one time), but I can swap in new accounts so over time I can warm up more than 5 email accounts?

        Thank you

        • Tom van den Heuvel says:

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes you can connect a maximum of 5 emails accounts and you can swap these whenever you want. Hope that helps 🙂

    This apps very good

  • Mohamed says:

    Hi Tom,

I am considering buying this deal, but the only problem is ” I have one Gsuite account which sends to 2000 mail/day. So with this offer, I will have only 30-50 warmup emails/day, which is low compared to my sending volume ( in 1 account )

Is there any solution? or maybe I missed something?

    Thank you

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Mohamed,

Thanks for your question. With 30-50 mails per day per account it will still make a good impact on your sender reputation. Otherwise you could connect multiple Gmail/Gsuite accounts with the same domain, and it will increase the effects further.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • Saad says:

    Hello,
If I connect Amazon SES as SMTP and MXroute as IMAP, would your tool work properly for mail / IP warmup?

  • Ben says:

    Hello,
    What is cold email monitoring?
    Thanks

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Ben,

Thanks for your question. With cold email monitoring you canmonitor what percentage of your sales emails are landing in the spam/promotions folder, instead of the primary inbox.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • Soniya Ahuja says:

Hello. Is the premium plan stackable?

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Soniya,

Thanks for your message. You can purchase multiple premium plan codes, but you will have separate logins for every additional code (it can’t be merged into 1 account). So for example, if you would like to have access for 15 accounts, you would need to buy 3 codes, giving you 3 logins.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • Svetoslav says:

Hi. Would like to know if I can put custom smtp with custom port and tls/ssl /no security as well as if the imap would be configurable with custom host address (because it will differ from the smtp), port number, ssl/tls/no security.

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Svetoslav,

Thanks for your question. You can connect custom SMTP as long as there is also IMAP connected (as the tool needs to be able to send and receive). Hope that helps 🙂

      • Svetoslav says:

That’s partial answer to my question. I want to know if IMAP and SMTP config can have custom PORTS and if it works under TLS or NO security. Some warmup services offer IMAP over PORT 143 and 993 ONLY etc.

        Regards

        • Tom van den Heuvel says:

          Hi Svetoslav,

Yes, the application supports custom ports in most cases –  (a) For the IMAP configuration SSL/TLS + ‘No’ encryption is supported, and (b) For SMTP: STARTTLS, SSL/TLS and no encryption protocol are available options when connecting. Hope that helps 🙂

  • Markus says:

    Hi,

I´m new with this warmup stuff. Could you explain it a bit deeper?
The common way for me was to send over a provider like rapidmail who have “whitelisted” send server (IP).
If I use neverspam instead, which Sender IP is in the Mail? If it’s my IP, (from gmail f.ex.), this IP is´nt whitelisted at other mail servers, so it could be still flagged as SPAM quick.
Even when one receiver (your warump mail server) flagged my mail not as SPAM, the main Mail server does´nt know it.
If it´s not my sender address (IP), what sender is shown in the mail?
Also I like to know, does it work in germany too?

    Thanks for your reply.

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Markus,

Thanks for your question. Sure, more than happy to explain further!

The warmup feature automatically sends a batch of emails to their servers/mailboxes. In these mailboxes NeverSpam interracts with the messages, marking them as ‘Priority’. This behavior raises your sender reputation and gets you whitelisted. It uses the exact same IP as the connected IP of the mailboxes you’ve connected. This works in any country, so also in Germany.

      Hope that helps 🙂

  • Abhishek says:

    Hi,
I have been using Warmupinbox for quite some time now. Had few doubts as the premium plan seems to good to be true.
Ques about Neverspam Premium Lifetime plan :
By Lifetime does it mean that any 5 accounts (even different domains) will be warmed up every day until I die. Upto 50 emails per day from each account that means 150 warmup emails on my 5 accounts?
Say if I am warming up 5 accounts for 2-3 months and then I don’t need those accounts and want another 5 to be brought in, are we allowed to so in this plan?

And one last question. Why is this so cheap when we compare it to other mail warming tools out there in the market and I am not even considering Mailwarm which is the most expensive of all of them. Even if I compare this to the cheapest one available it is way cheaper than that too!

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Abhishek,

Thanks for your question. More than happy to help!

By lifetime it means that you can add 5 email accounts, from different and/or same domains and it will be warmed up daily with 30-50 emails per day per account.

And yes, you can change accounts anytime.

Regarding pricing, NeverSpam is eager to become the market leader and expand their services, they want to get a large number of users to further develop the product and spread the word. This is why they partnered up with Dealify to offer a limited time offer at a very competitive price 🙂

      Hope that helps!

  • Adam says:

Can it work on smtp which is not office/gmail accounts?

    • Tom van den Heuvel says:

      Hi Adam,

Thanks for your question. Yes, it works on any custom SMTP account too as long as the account you are connecting also have IMAP protocols (as the account you connect will need to be able to both send an receive emails.)

      Hope that helps 🙂

    • Steve Haase says:

I have 10 generic SMTP servers and I have nver been able to get any of them to successfully connect to their platform.

  • Citi says:

    Hi,
I want to confirm features on starter plan:
    – Automatically simulates genuine human conversations to raise sender score —> we get it,right?
    – how many warm up email per day?

    • Ruari Baker says:

Hello Citi, the functionality of simulated positive interactions to raise sender reputation that you’re referring to is included in the premium plan, not the starter plan.

On the premium plan – you can expect between 30-150 interaction emails per day. (Depending on how many of the 5 maximum inboxes you connect)

On the starter plan – you can still expect the insights functionality to help increase your sender reputation. However, this package is mainly focused on measuring and helping you analysis your spam rate / reputation over time.

      Thanks,
      Ruari.

      • Jonathan says:

I’m currently on the scale plan of Mail Warm which allows me up to 500 emails total per day across 10 email accounts (ex: 100 per day across 5 emails or 50 per day across 10 accounts. I’m doing the former right now). Do you have a plan which could accommodate the sending of 100 emails per day on for 5 or 10 email account accounts (for a total of 500 per day)?
