Right now your recommendation won’t be feasible. I have several clients, so creating separate and different accounts for each one of them will be cumbersome.
It would be a ton easier to have one designated portal login page for all customers to login into. From there I can manage their account, disable or enable certain features, and cancel their plans, etc.
If you can please include white label feature that would be a huge game changer.

Not currently. You will need to create a new account for each of your customers.
(You can take advantage of our LTD by buying one LTD for each one of your customers, no problem with that !)
After that, with their unique account, they will be able to modify their chatbot as much as they want !

You also have access to the Noci Academy right there : https://academy.noci.io/ where you can find courses and videos to help you create your chatbot.
And we’re available in live-chat on the app !
Yep you can turn it off by switching off your chatbot in the “Chatbot” tab by turning off the “Active” switch.
But, of course, I do not recommend that because you may lose some leads / sales.

If I go this route, each customer that has a unique account, when they sign in will they see your company’s logo or mine?
At this stage, I dont mind creating separate accounts for my clients. However, I need to ensure they don’t see Noci’s brand name when they sign in.

I just wanted to know if noci is able to pop up as an exit intend pop. Like when the user wants to leave the website (moving the mouse to exit the page) the chat will appear? And also I want to know if noci is able to use raw html code for my email autoresponder. In other words: Am I able to enter a raw html so that I can put in a form where I can collect the data of user if he/she fills it out?
