The board is definitely opinionated. It is based on my preferences but of course also on customer feedback 😄
Like with every tool, 7todos is not for everyone. Notion might be the best option to get all the flexibility but Notion is not working for me as a task board. And most of my users agree.
Maybe you will enjoy 7todos more with stacking 2 codes 😀

Gating certain things behind the “Beyond” plan for this deal feels…bad.
For both parties really.
Users can’t use the features and the team can’t get their feedback on ways to improve at this stage.
I’m also not seeing a way to create new lists within a workspace, outside of what the settings allow, which is very rigid.
Design wise, like just the UI, this is nice, but the UX feels way too limited and controlling. For something that touts itself as being flexible in a way to pander to different types of audiences, it’s anything but.
The bones are there, but I feel like without Beyond and without this in further stages, it’s hard to get on board with this.
